5 Tips for Healthy Skin
- Drink Water—Start each day with a glass of water before anything else. Drink water with every meal. Water hydrates your skin from the inside out.
- Use Lotion—Apply moisturizer 3 times a day to exposed surfaces. Moisturizer is a protective barrier on the outside of your skin.
- Put on Your Sun Screen—Whether you realize it or not, the suns UV rays are around all year. Its best to make sunscreen a part of your daily routine.
- Gear Up—Use the appropriate outer wear from your head to your toes. This will provide another layer protection to your skin.
- Invest in a Humidifier—Dry heat plays havoc on the skin during winter months. Keep your skin hydrated from the outside with the use of a humidifier when possible.
